我們的承諾Our commitment

希望社區文化協會服務的對象包含許多長者，我們深知網站的可及性直接影響一個人能否參與社區。我們致力於讓所有人，包含身心障礙者，都能順利使用本網站。Hope Community Heritage Association serves many seniors, and we know that an accessible website directly affects whether someone can take part in their community. We are committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

遵循標準Standards we follow

本網站依據 Web 內容無障礙指引（WCAG）2.1 AA 級標準設計與開發，並參考美國《身心障礙者法案》（ADA）的相關要求。This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, with reference to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

已採取的措施Measures we have taken

• 文字與背景維持足夠的對比度，內文對比不低於 4.5:1。Text and background maintain sufficient contrast, with body text at no less than 4.5:1.
• 所有功能皆可使用鍵盤操作，並提供清晰可見的焦點外框。All functionality is operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• 提供「跳到主要內容」連結，方便螢幕閱讀器與鍵盤使用者。A "skip to main content" link is provided for screen reader and keyboard users.
• 所有具資訊性的圖片皆附替代文字，裝飾性圖片標示為裝飾用途。All informative images have alternative text, and decorative images are marked as decorative.
• 標題採用階層結構，並使用地標區域（導覽、主要內容、頁尾）協助輔助科技瀏覽。Headings follow a logical hierarchy, and ARIA landmarks (navigation, main, contentinfo) help assistive technology navigate the page.
• 表單欄位皆有對應標籤，版面可縮放至 200% 而不損失功能。Form fields have associated labels, and the layout can be zoomed to 200% without loss of functionality.
• 尊重系統的「減少動態效果」偏好設定，並提供中英文語言切換。We respect the system "reduce motion" preference and provide a Chinese/English language switch.
